Admission Rules

  1. REGISTRATION : Advance registration can be made in the school office by filling the prescribed registration form on payment of Rs. 500/-. Registration does not guarantee admission.

    • Pre-Nursery - 2 Plus
    • Nursery - 3 Plus
    • K.G.- 4 Plus
    • I -5 Plus and soon

  3. AMISSION REQUIREMENTS: It will be an obligation on the part of every student to produce his/her the following documents without which admission will not be given:
    • A proper bonafide date of birth certificate.
    • Transfer certificate from the previous school duly signed by the Head of the Institution.
    • Progress Report of the previous class passed.
    • Four passport size photographs.
    • Aadhar Number of the Student and Parents.
    • Certificate in case of SC/BC/OBC/ST.
    Note : Admission to higher classes is subject to availability of seats

  4. The student can be expelled from the school due to:
    • Constant weakness in studies.
    • Irregularity in attendance.
    • Behaviour problem and ill manners.
    • Overage in any class.
    • Non payment of fee.
    • Rude behaviour of parents with the school authorities.


  1. Application for withdrawal from the school should be sent in writing to the Principal by the parents/guardian of the student a month earlier.
  2. School dues are charged upto the date of issue of the school leaving certificate.
  3. A student who has left the school is not normally re-admitted unless there is a very convincing ground for it.
  4. Students who wish to leave at the end of the session (after the final result) must apply for Transfer Certificate before 31st March.

Payment of Fee

The following rules & regulations are to be followed regarding payment of dues:
  1. Fee is to be paid by the 10th of every month in the school office only between 8.30 a.m. and 2.00 p.m.
  2. Late Fee fine of Rs. 20/- per day will be charged from 11 th to 20th of the month/ After 20th. Rs. 500 will be charged upto the end of the month. Thereafter, the name will be struck off from the school record. Re-enrollment will be done only on the payment of re-enrollment fee.
  3. Pupil whose fee is not paid will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
  4. The student can be expelled due to non-payment of fee or chronic irregularity in payment of fee.

Leave Rules

  1. Application for leave or absence on ordinary days shall generally be submitted before-hand otherwise a fine of Rs. 20/- per day will be charged.
  2. Those absent because of sickness must present a medical certificate.
  3. Application for leave should normally be submitted to the class teacher. Leave for more than four days should be applied to the Principal.
  4. Half-day leave is not granted except in case of an emergency.
  5. 90% attendance is compulsory for a student to make him/her eligible for the final examination.

Visiting Hours, Parents Day

  1. The Principal receives visitors on all working days between 10.30 a.m. and 11.30 a.m.
  2. Parents are advised to meet the teachers only on Parents Day (P.T.M.) between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon.
  3. Parents are not allowed to meet the teachers during class hours.
  4. In case of emergency, appointment can be fixed through the Reception Desk.

Course of Studies

The School follows the curriculum of Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.

XI & XII - The School provides Humanities, Financial Marketing and Management. Commerce, Medical, Non-Medical & Vocational Courses. Coaching for CET, P.M.T. is also given.


There are two major exams.
Half Yearly Examination - In the month of September
Annual Examination - In the month of Feb/March

May-June Unit Test
September Half Yearly Examination
December Unit Test
January Pre-Board Examination for XII &Full Syllabus Revision
February/March -Annual Examination


The students from class 1 st onwards have been divided into four houses:

1. Shakti House Colour is Pink
2. Kirti House ColourisRed
3. Jyoti House Colour is Yellow
4. Jagriti House Colour is Green
The House system is an example of creating self-discipline, self-confidence and healthy competition amongst the students.

Co-Curricular Activities

All the students from class Pre Nsy. onwards are required to participate in these activities. These are as a matter of fact not thrust on the students but they themselves choose any one of them according to their interest. Activity once chosen will not be changed during the session.
